Policy Regarding Late Shipment Notifications to Our Customers

Our customers are important to us. Gage Crib Worldwide is dedicated to provide you with the best lead times and prices. We do not manufacture the gaging products and have no control with the manufacturing of the products. Occasionally, we may need to notify you that a shipment will be late.

In the 'Description' area of our Confirmation of Purchase Order an estimated ship-date and 2-letter state/country abbreviation are listed. We contact the gage manufacturer on the next business day after the estimated ship-date to verify the shipment of your order.

If the manufacturer has a delay and your order has not shipped on the estimated ship-date, based on the guidelines below, our expediter will alert you to the order delay by e-mail or fax.

• If the order was to ship via standard 'Ground' and the shipment will be delayed by more than 3 business days.

• If the order was to ship via priority 'Air.

Please e-mail your request for order status to: ship@gagecrib.com because the answer will require off-line investigation and will not be able to be answered quickly over the phone. Please include your company name, purchase order number and specific item of which you are concerned in your e-mail. It would be more helpful if you could include our 'File Number' which can be found in the upper right quarter of our original Confirmation of Purchase Order. If you must call, contact Bill at x 126.
